Job summary

A leading service provider is seeking a dedicated individual to manage a DriveTest Centre in Fort Frances, Canada. This role requires superb leadership skills, with responsibilities including planning and directing team activities, compliance with MTO standards, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery. Candidates should have leadership experience along with a strong understanding of the Graduated Licensing System. Knowledge of relevant legislation and related government policies is preferred, alongside good communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in Customer Service Agent and/or Driver Examiner position.
• Excellent knowledge of the Graduated Licensing System and related regulations.
• Good computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct daily activities of front-line employees.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Lead a DriveTest Centre office and coordinate workflow.
