Overview

Divisional Financial Services Manager (Travel Required) – WEINS Corporate at WEINS Auto Group. This role is an integral part of the team and is the front-line service representative responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring customers’ service needs are met. This position supports the transformation of the auto industry and offers opportunities for career progression within an employee-centric workplace.


Responsibilities


  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience on all transactions and build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and arranging financing to enhance ownership experience. Maintain positive relationships with financial institutions to service customers, ensuring respectful and service-focused interactions.

  • Drive sales targets by presenting and selling aftermarket warranties, supporting the Sales Team with finance and leasing options, and staying informed on manufacturer-specific vehicles, rebates, finance, and incentive programs to aid in sales planning and growth.

  • Operate in compliance with OMVIC regulations and provincial / federal laws. Coordinate daily deliveries of sold units with Sales and Service staff and customers. Prepare and manage all documentation for final delivery accurately and timely in accordance with company policies.


Qualifications


  • Proficient with MS Office

  • Experience with dealer-related systems (such as PBS) is an asset

  • Valid OMVIC license

  • Valid G Driver’s license
