Sirv is seeking an experienced Disability Support Specialist in Australia to positively impact participants through compassionate care and support. The role focuses on personal care, mobility, and building relationships with residents, while maintaining accurate health records.

You will work with a supportive team and have access to a mobile app and staff portal for managing shifts, qualifications, and pay slips.

SIRV is looking for an experienced Disability Support Specialists who are passionate about Participant outcomes and have experience with participants who have behaviour's of concern.

Our Mobile App and Staff Portal will allow you to manage your own staff profile and let you update your qualifications, shifts, timesheets, and pay slips at your convenience.

• Weekly salary ranging from $800-$2000
• $37.00 to 40.00 per hour*
