You will work with a supportive team and have access to a mobile app and staff portal for managing shifts, qualifications, and pay slips.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children Check
• Driver's license, reliable transport, and comprehensive insurance
• Right to work in Australia (Passport, birth certificate, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience for participants
• Provide personal care assistance with activities of daily living
• Assist with mobility as per resident care plans
• Build positive relationships with residents and visitors
• Collaborate with team and enjoy a positive work environment
• Demonstrate strong time management and attention to detail
• Maintain accurate health care documentation as required
