Job summary

A community support organization in Winnipeg is seeking a compassionate part-time Supervisor to provide hands-on support for individuals with disabilities. This role is focused on empowering participants to live independently and achieve their personal goals. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to person-centered care are essential for success. Qualifications

  • Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Clear criminal record/vulnerable sector check is required.

  • Promote independence and skill-building in communication, self-care, and decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow support plans, behavior strategies, and health protocols.
  • Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment at all times.

Job description
