Job summary

Supported Lifestyles is seeking compassionate staff in Calgary to provide behavioural supports and client services. You will apply intervention skills daily, help individuals integrate into the community, teach skills, collect data, and contribute to quality of life improvements across clients.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and adherence to agency standards. A diploma or degree is required, plus a valid Class 5 license and reliable transport for site duties.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a related field or a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
• Experience with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges.
• Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
• Experience providing behavioural supports to clients.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Own vehicle with a valid Class 5 license.

Compensation

The wage for this position is based on education and experience and ranges from $24.07-25.03/hour. We also offer a competitive benefits package for 30+ hour positions.
