Job summary

Carinity Wishart Gardens is seeking enthusiastic Support Services team members to assist with laundry, kitchen, and cleaning duties in a Residential Aged Care facility. You will report to the Residential Aged Care Manager and contribute to providing holistic care that supports residents’ physical and environmental needs.

Ideal candidates are team players with strong communication, good time management, and the ability to work across a 7-day roster; prior Aged Care experience and NDIS Screening

• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to meet expectations.
• Ability to work across a 7-day roster and different areas (laundry, kitchen, and cleaning).
• Previous experience in Aged Care is advantageous.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

About The Role

Carinity – Wishart Gardens has exciting opportunities for enthusiastic Support Services team members to join the team. Reporting to the Residential Aged Care Manager, the Support Services team provide integral support to the laundry, kitchen, and cleaning services within the Aged Care facility. In this role, you will maintain an acceptable standard of living for residents in support of provision of holistic care meeting their physical and environmental needs.

What do I need for the role?

• Team player with good communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to maintain steady progress and meet expectations
• Ability to work across a 7-day roster and different areas (laundry, kitchen, and cleaning)
• Previous experience in Aged Care/similar role is advantageous
