This role involves leading teams of AI engineers to develop cutting‑edge agentic AI and machine learning projects aimed at enhancing AutoCAD and Infrastructure products, such as Civil3D. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise in AI and ML, and a proven track record of driving innovation within the field.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the AI technical strategy for the AIR org, aligning it with Autodesk’s broader technical goals and business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing AI teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to deliver state‑of‑the‑art solutions.
• Project Management: Oversee the development and execution of AI and machine learning projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with product requirements.
• Innovation and Development: Drive the research and development of new AI technologies and their application within AutoCAD and Infrastructure products like Civil3D.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross‑functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into our product offerings.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate technical strategies, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
