Job summary

Sparkrock is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager/Director of Professional Services to own the P&L and book of business for a $3–5M portfolio. You will lead a team of consultants, analysts, and project managers delivering ERP/SaaS implementations, shaping the delivery model, and ensuring high-margin outcomes.

You’ll collaborate across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success, driving improvements and managing client relationships with a focus on profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10–15 years in professional services or PM within software/tech.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role (Senior Manager/Director).
• Experience managing a portfolio with P&L and revenues up to 3–5M.
• Proven track record turning loss positions into profitable businesses.
• Hands-on ERP/SaaS delivery leadership, not pure PMO.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and book-of-business for a $3–5M portfolio, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Oversee delivery quality across ERP/SaaS implementations.
• Lead and develop a diverse Professional Services team.
• Act as senior escalation point for key customers.
• Allocate resources and balance engagements to optimize margin.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Partner with Sales on scoping and pricing of new engagements.
• Drive process improvements across delivery lifecycle.
• Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support.
