Job summary

Sparkrock is seeking a Director of Professional Services to own the P&L and lead a portfolio of ERP/SaaS delivery engagements. You will guide a team of consultants, analysts, and project managers to ensure profitability and client success.

You will drive strategic delivery, partner with Sales, and shape the operating model for scalable growth in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of progressive professional services, project management, or similar roles within software/tech.
• 3–5 years of leadership or management experience in Professional Services.
• Experience overseeing a portfolio with revenues up to 3–5M.
• Proven ability to maintain healthy profit margins.
• Hands-on ERP/SaaS delivery leadership, not PMO management.
• Willingness to travel 15–20% and work across EST/CST/PST.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and book-of-business for a $3–5M portfolio; manage budgeting and forecasting to maintain healthy margins.
• Oversee delivery quality across ERP/SaaS implementations tailored to client needs.
• Lead, develop, and motivate a diverse Professional Services team of consultants, business analysts, and project managers.
• Serve as the senior escalation and relationship point for key customers to protect long-term account health.
• Collaborate with Sales to scope and price new engagements, without direct selling.
• Drive process improvements across the delivery lifecycle to increase speed, quality, and consistency.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and ensure a positive experience.
