Director of Clinical Psychology & AI Therapy Innovation — Senior Leader responsible for designing, validating, and guiding the integration of evidence-based psychotherapy practices into Parlez AI's Digital Mental Health platform.

This is a senior leadership role focused on scaling psychotherapy-informed AI solutions, ensuring clinical accuracy, safety, empathy, and governance in AI-generated dialogue, and representing Parlez AI in academic, regulatory, and industry forums.

Responsibilities

• Define the therapeutic models (CBT, logotherapy, behavioral interventions, counseling frameworks) implemented within the AI platform.
• Translate clinical research and best practices in psychotherapy into scalable digital mental health solutions.
• Oversee clinical accuracy, safety, and empathy of AI-generated dialogue.
• Create ethical and clinical governance standards for AI in therapy.
• Lead clinical studies, research trials, and outcome validation.
• Act as the clinical leader and spokesperson for Parlez AI in digital health, academic, and regulatory forums.

Qualifications

• PhD in Clinical Psychology (or PsyD, or equivalent advanced degree in psychotherapy, counseling psychology, or psychiatry).
• 10+ years of clinical therapy practice (CBT, psychotherapy, counseling, or behavioral health).
• Experience with digital health, AI in healthcare, or mental health technology preferred.
