Royal Bank of Canada in Toronto seeks a Director, New Accounts and Documentation to set strategic direction, lead multiple departments, and align priorities with firm-wide initiatives. You will act as a senior liaison between Operations and business leadership, guiding risk management and regulatory compliance across lines of business.

You will oversee performance management, process improvements, and cross-enterprise collaboration while ensuring exceptional service and professional conduct.

Formación

• 4-year degree from an accredited university.
• 7+ years of securities or banking experience.
• Experience leading large teams and cross-functional groups.
• Fully proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Advanced problem identification, analytical and resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and align department managers to meet service, innovation, and professionalism standards.
• Oversee Operations and Quality across departments to ensure controls and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and implement process improvements to increase timeliness and reduce expenses.
• Serve as senior-level advisor for strategic decisions and escalation within scope.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, business lines, and external vendors.
• Monitor departmental risk and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Manage department budget, forecasts, staffing models, and metrics.
• Support employee development and alignment with RBC goals.
• Foster cross-enterprise collaboration to develop better solutions.
• Lead change management to support transitions and priorities.
