Job summary

RBC is hiring a Director of Enterprise Integration Services to lead the CNB integration program in Toronto. You will design end-to-end integration across identity, cloud, network, security and workplace domains, establishing reusable playbooks for future M&A activities.

You will partner with RBC teams to ensure alignment with standards, drive governance, and mentor integration talent while shaping roadmaps and success metrics for post-acquisition transformation.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 10-12+ years in technology integration, infrastructure, or security leadership roles.
• 5+ years in architect/senior technical leadership roles, leading complex, multi-disciplinary design efforts.
• Deep Microsoft expertise: Azure, Entra ID/Azure AD, Microsoft 365, hybrid identity, and federated access.
• Broad infrastructure & security experience: Network architecture, firewall design, cloud infrastructure, IAM, zero-trust principles, and compliance frameworks.
• Financial services regulatory knowledge: Canadian/US banking compliance and operational models.
• SDLC fluency: Modern software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
• Strategic communication: Translate technical concepts for C-suite audiences and influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategically design and deliver end-to-end integration plans for CNB across identity, cloud, network, security, and workplace domains.
• Translate business and technical needs into phased roadmaps while balancing trade-offs like security vs usability.
• Partner with RBC standards and enterprise teams to ensure CNB solutions align with RBC frameworks and enable innovation.
• Act as technical liaison between CNB leadership, RBC CIO, and enterprise teams to align on priorities.
• Communicate complex integration decisions to executives in clear, non-technical terms.
