Job Description

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead omnichannel activation across Retail, Foodservice, retail media, and AI‑driven search. You’ll drive visibility, strengthen the digital shelf, and improve conversion by orchestrating programs with cross‑functional partners and agency teams.

Location of Work: This hybrid position is based out of Dieppe, New Brunswick. The successful candidate will work from the Dieppe office three days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Lead digital activation (Retail & Foodservice) to grow visibility, conversion, and channel performance.
  • Orchestrate campaigns with agencies across retailer media platforms and shopping apps to meet ROAS and efficiency goals.
  • Set standards and governance for product content and the digital shelf; partner with agencies/retailers on execution and compliance.
  • Guide paid search with agency partners using testing plans, structured data, landing pages, and bid strategies.
  • Build integrated SEM, SEO, and AEO strategies across owned and retailer ecosystems.
  • Improve organic and AI‑driven search (schema, gen‑AI optimization, conversational search readiness).
  • Deliver website/UX insights; partner with Digital Ops/IT and agencies to ensure GTM/UTM/tagging accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Post‑secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years in digital marketing within Retail and/or Foodservice.
  • Proven experience leading SEM/SEO/AEO and paid search via agencies.
  • Strong track record in eCommerce content optimization and digital shelf readiness.
  • Proficient with GA4, retail media dashboards, and SEO/SEM platforms.
  • Experience with budgets, pacing, reporting, and multi‑channel campaigns.
  • Effective collaborator able to influence across Marketing, Sales, IT, agencies, and retailer teams.
  • SEO/SEM certification required; Google Ads, GA4, Meta, and retail media certifications are assets.
  • Analytical, test‑and‑learn mindset; high attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Balance of strategic planning, hands‑on analysis, and partner orchestration.
