THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Strategic Partnerships and providing functional support to the Digital Marketing Specialist, the Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in digital marketing activities both at the corporate and clinic levels. This is a mid-level coordinator role designed for a hands-on digital marketer who enjoys execution, optimization, and continuous improvement.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator should have a strong technical knowledge of digital marketing, a can-do mindset, a keen design sense, an appreciation for effective audience segmentation, and the ability to translate marketing strategies into clear, compelling and visually engaging digital materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor, maintain and contribute to the ongoing development and strategy of the corporate website and related subsites, and other internal and external digital assets, including content management, branding, features and functionality. This includes but is not limited to website content updates, landing page builds, and SEO improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders and digital partners to assist with the strategic direction and priorities for online marketing initiatives, site traffic and lead conversion.
  • Under the direction of the Digital Marketing Specialist, assist in managing SEMrush, GA4, and ad platforms reviewing for improvements.
  • Assist in creating, editing, and updating graphics, videos, and digital marketing materials.
  • Generate, edit, publish, share, and moderate social media content to build meaningful audience connections, contribute to relevant conversations, and help to elevate the company’s visibility across applicable social platforms. This includes supporting paid search and social campaigns (setup, QA, optimization).
  • Analyze digital and social media metrics, and provide reporting, insights and recommendations.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Specialist to proactively support marketing campaigns, manage web content for paid, owned and earned media channels while ensuring alignment with the overall brand/organizational objectives and SEO-optimization.
  • Manage deployment and optimizations of landing pages and banner ads.
  • Optimize end to end customer journeys to support the sales funnels via appropriate streams and segmentation.
  • Generate analytic reports on the success of social, email, display, and PPC campaigns.
  • Provide and clearly present analytic reports on website metrics and recommendations for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education in marketing preferably with a digital marketing focus.
  • Minimum 5 years of full-time marketing experience which must primarily include digital marketing. Business-driven graphic design experience is a strong asset.
  • Proven experience in the planning, execution and analysis of website, email, social media, and SEM/SEO initiatives.
  • Operational expertise in web design and web development, including HTML, Java Script, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Experience working within a CMS (Content Management System).
  • High level of proficiency in using software tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office, Content Management Systems, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience working with customer/prospect databases. Strong technical skills in tracking and analytics, with demonstrated experience in using tools such as SEMrush.
  • Comfortable using and understanding AI-powered marketing and productivity tools to assist with tasks such as copy drafting, campaign ideation, basic image/media variations, data summarization, and workflow optimization.
  • Knowledge of video editing software would be highly valued.
  • Demonstrable verbal and written communication skills, including editing and proof-reading to produce quality marketing materials.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
  • Track record of successfully delivering multiple projects in parallel under aggressive timelines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex workloads effectively.
  • Demonstrates strong work ethic and sound judgment, with the ability to take initiative.

The following represents Mayfair’s reasonable estimate of the hiring compensation range for this role.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $60,000 to $64,000 per annum.
