Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will be the strategic voice, owning targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and client narrative during inquiries.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on ROAS improvements and long-term client growth. This is a remote role servicing clients in Canada, South Africa, and the USA.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Aufgaben

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Define 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
