Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You set the targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice and make the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget allocation, testing, and conversion tracking, and craft the 90-day roadmaps for each client.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements or pipeline impact with client-ready results.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, testing and know when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the numbers story on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long‑term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands‑on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimised the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
