Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budgets, testing, tracking, and present 90-day roadmaps with the client numbers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
