About the job Delivery Lead - Capital Markets Systems

Delivery Lead| Montreal, Canada

We are seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee the functional and technical delivery of IT solutions within the Repo & Secured Funding team. This role involves managing Agile workflows, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and cost-efficiency, and aligning IT solutions with business needs. As the teams technical and functional point of reference, you'll collaborate with stakeholders, guide junior team members, and ensure compliance with architecture and design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Agile ceremonies, prioritize tasks, and track deliverables

Mentor team members, support issue resolution, and foster a culture of innovation

Oversee the design, maintainability, and quality of solutions, integrating data-centric best practices

Promote continuous improvement and proactively manage technical debt

Ensure system stability, effective incident response, change control, and compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in IT delivery, with knowledge of capital markets and Repo/SecLending

Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills

Proficiency in C#, APIs, Cloud technologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern testing methodologies (TDD/BDD/DDD)

Bilingual in English and French

This role reports to the IT Division Manager and plays a key part in shaping the evolution of the RSF information system within a dynamic and regulated financial environment.
