Job summary

Save-On-Foods in the North Edmonton, AB region is hiring a Delivery Driver to deliver groceries in a fully equipped van, providing friendly, customer-first service from store to door.

You will coordinate with the online shopping team and customer service to handle returns and refunds, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and operate safely under all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to operate mobile technology including GPS apps and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries in a fully equipped van and provide customer-first service.

We are hiring for a Delivery Driver for our Save-On-Foods locations in the North Edmonton, AB region.

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.
• Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.
• Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road.
• Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.
• Other duties as assigned.

You have:

• A valid, full class 5 provincial driver's license from AB.
• A clean driver's abstract.
• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• A strong work ethic and "let's get it done" attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, pushing, and making deliveries in all weather conditions, both day and night.
• Proficiency in using mobile technology, including GPS applications and smartphones.
