Job summary

Save-On-Foods delivery drivers in the North Edmonton, AB region join Pattison Food Group to deliver groceries in a fully equipped van with a customer-first mindset.

You will work with the online shopping team and customer service to handle returns, refunds, and service recovery while keeping the vehicle clean and safe for day and night deliveries.

We are hiring for a Delivery Driver for our Save-On-Foods locations in the North Edmonton, AB region.

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.
• Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.
• Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road.
• Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.
• Other duties as assigned.

You have:

• A valid, full class 5 provincial driver’s license from AB.
• A clean driver’s abstract.
• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, pushing, and making deliveries in all weather conditions, both day and night.
• Proficiency in using mobile technology, including GPS applications and smartphones.
