About the role

As a DBT Developer, you will make an impact by designing and implementing scalable data architecture solutions that optimize performance and enable seamless data integration. You will be a valued member of our Technology & Engineering team, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions using DBT Cloud, Snowflake, and advanced SQL performance tuning techniques.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead the design and implementation of data architecture solutions that enhance performance and scalability.
  • Oversee development and deployment of DBT Cloud and Snowflake projects to ensure efficient data transformation.
  • Provide expert guidance on Snowflake SQL performance tuning to improve query efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Develop and maintain DBT macros to streamline workflows and automate data processing.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms through robust integration strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Implement best practices for data governance and management to safeguard data assets.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to strengthen team capabilities in data transformation.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
