We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Data & Reporting Analyst to join our team on a 12‑month contract. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data and technology. You’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting BI reporting, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping optimise data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Reporting (70%)
  • Build and maintain analytical dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Power BI, HubSpot, Claude AI, and Microsoft Excel to support data‑driven decision‑making
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
  • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy
  • Help automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency
Technical Support (30%)
  • Provide first‑level support for internal users on Power BI tool and travel tech platforms such as ADX
  • Troubleshoot data access, report errors, and system issues
  • Document common issues and solutions in a knowledge base
  • Assist with onboarding and training materials for new users
Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Familiarity with SQL, Excel, Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Interest in the travel industry and technology
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
  • Exposure to CRM or travel booking systems
  • Exposure to ERP or general accounting software
