In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize how services are delivered to citizens, utilizing agile methodologies and human-centered design. Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines across on‑premises and cloud environments.
  • Create and optimize dimensional models to enhance query performance and reporting accuracy.
  • Integrate complex data from SQL, NoSQL, APIs, and various file formats.
  • Improve ETL and ELT processes to remove bottlenecks and ensure system scalability.
  • Automate the deployment and monitoring of workflows through integrated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
  • Translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field of study.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Data Engineer or Data Analyst role.
  • Extensive experience designing dimensional models and working with Microsoft tabular models and DAX.
  • Proven expertise with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and building end-to-end data pipelines.
  • Strong background in Git workflows, CI/CD, and deploying data solutions in containerized environments.
