Reporting to the Director, Data Management and as a member of the Data Management team, the Data Engineer i is passionate, curious and motivated to design and implement scalable solutions end-to-end. This high‑impact position focuses on key aspects of data management including fast and efficient data onboarding, and the initial bring up of customer data into our system.
We are a remote first company with employees in both Canada and the US. Our office hub is located downtown Toronto. Team building, communication and social connectivity are important and we support this with virtual and in‑person collaborative work sessions, team meetings and socials.

The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 CAD. This range represents ODAIA's good‑faith estimate based on current market data and internal equity. Final compensation is determined through a comprehensive review of the successful candidate’s unique skill set, specialized experience, and relevant certifications. As such, the final offer may vary based on these specific factors. Salary expectations will be discussed collaboratively early in the process to ensure alignment. This role is also eligible for health benefits, stock options, and flexible time off policies as mentioned above.
