Qualifications

Essential

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling tools and languages (e.g., ERwin, SQL).
• Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in business analysis, system analysis and solution architecture of complex information systems.
• Experience in project solution estimates including project phasing, resource requirements, infrastructure requirements, long term support requirements, and budget requirements.
• Experience in documenting use cases, functional and technical specifications, project plans, business cases, solution proposals and tendering documents.
