A leading financial services provider in Winnipeg is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to administer Group Retirement Plans. Responsibilities include managing deposits, transfers, and maintaining relations with clients and plan administrators. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, a customer service focus, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. The salary range is between $44,900 and $67,400 annually.

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist. Reporting to the Associate Manager, Administration, you will be responsible for the administration of Group Retirement Plans including RRSP, RPP, DPSP, TFSA, Investment Only and various non‑registered products. You’ll provide investment/plan recordkeeping and client reporting. You must become familiar with the Group Pension Administration System (GPAS) and all GRS processes.
The base salary for this position is between $44,900.00 - $67,400.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
