A local community organization in Owen Sound is looking for a Customer Service Representative for an on-call role. The position involves assisting customers both in-person and virtually by providing information about government programs and services, processing applications and payments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates should have strong communication and customer service skills and the ability to work in a team environment. The pay range is $28.81 – $33.40 per hour, depending on experience.
