Pfaff Automotive Partners Inc. in Markham, Ontario, is hiring a Customer Service Representative/Estimator for the Markham Body Shop.

You will identify and resolve customer concerns and estimate repair needs based on vehicle inspections, acting as the liaison between customers and insurance adjusters. You’ll assess vehicle walkarounds, obtain approvals for repairs, follow up with customers during the repair process, and deliver the vehicle on completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Experience in a call center is an asset.
• Ability to write accurate estimates for vehicle repairs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word/Excel).
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve customer concerns during the repair process.
• Estimate repair needs based on vehicle inspection.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and repair planners.
• Greet customers, take calls, and process payments.
• Deliver repaired vehicles to customers upon completion.
