Pfaff Automotive Partners Inc. in Newmarket, ON is seeking a Compliance Administrator for an 18-month temporary contract to support Volkswagen of Newmarket.

You will manage vehicle contracts, process finance and lease deals, ensure funding documents are signed and deposited, and enter warranty purchases into CDK. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work evenings and weekends as retail hours dictate.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a comparable role.
• Automotive experience is an asset.
• Valid OMVIC license.
• Experience with licensing, CDK and One-Eighty.
• Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle contracts once initiated by Brand Ambassador/Specialists.
• Process finance and lease deals through financial sources to secure approval.
• Ensure that funding documents are completed and signed by customers, then sent to the relevant funding company for processing.
• Confirm receipt of deposit for sold vehicles.
• Enter warranty purchases to DMS (CDK).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
