Job summary

Pfaff Automotive Partners, for Porsche Centre Vaughan in Vaughan, Ontario, is seeking a Service Assistant. The role supports service operations, greets customers, processes work orders, coordinates with porters, and maintains a clean, stocked service area.

Qualified candidates will have 1+ years in automotive and a valid Ontario driver's license; manual transmission ability is required. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits; reports to the Service Manager.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in automotive field is an asset.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is required.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license in your province of residence.

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs customers to the appropriate personnel.

We are looking for a Service Assistant to join our team at Porsche Centre Vaughan.

What You’ll Do
