Job summary

Pfaff Autoworks Markham in Markham, Ontario is seeking an experienced Prepper to join our team. You will prepare work stations, mask and tape vehicles, and manage paint supplies in a fast-paced shop.

We offer a competitive compensation range of $60,000 to $90,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within the Lithia & Driveway network. Candidates should have 5+ years of automotive body shop experience and be able to commute to Markham on-site.

• 5+ years of experience in automotive body shop environments.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work stations with materials and parts for Paint Technicians.
• Prep, mask, and tape vehicles for repair.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace with daily stall cleaning.
• Perform work in accordance with safety requirements and manufacturer standards.
• Return equipment to proper places and communicate with team as needed.
