Job summary

Pfaff Automotive in Newmarket, Ontario, is seeking a Compliance Administrator for an 18-month contract. You will manage vehicle contracts, process finance/lease deals, and ensure documents are properly completed with funding sources.

The role requires licensing experience and proficiency with CDK and One-Eighty, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Evening/weekend shifts may be required based on retail hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a comparable role.
• Experience with licensing, CDK and One-Eighty.
• Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
• Work flexible hours (evenings and weekends) based on retail hours of operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle contracts once initiated by Brand Ambassador/Specialists.
• Process finance and lease deals through financial sources to secure approval.
• Ensure that funding documents are completed and signed by customers, then sent to the relevant funding company for processing.
• Confirm receipt of deposit for sold vehicles.
• Enter warranty purchases to DMS (CDK).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager

What You'll Do

• Manage vehicle contracts once initiated by Brand Ambassador/Specialists.
• Process finance and lease deals through financial sources to secure approval.

Compensation Range: $45,000-$50,000

Location: Onsite in Newmarket, Ontario

Position Availability: This is an existing vacancy, and temporary 18-month contract

Schedule: Times vary, 8 hour shifts, full-time
