Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Ajax, ON to handle a high volume of inquiries by phone and email. You will screen calls, prepare quotes, process orders, and assist walk-in customers with their needs.

Role requires 2 years in customer service and data entry, proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office, and strong time management, organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Customer Service experience.
• 2 years of Data Entry experience.
• Proficient using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers: handle high volume of phone and email inquiries.
• Screen and direct phone calls to appropriate departments.
• Prepare and provide quotes to customers and process purchase orders.
• Greet and handle walk-in customers with their needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints.
• Fulfill customer orders, coordinate with suppliers, and manage warranty returns; enter and update customer information in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Handle incoming mail, invoices, and billing documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4:30pm
• Pay Rate: $21 per hour
