In this role, you’ll connect with union members who have requested information about their available benefits. You’ll help them navigate their options, explain details clearly, and make sure each member receives the information they need with confidence and understanding.
Daily responsibilities include:
Managinginbound and outbound callswith members who have requested program information
Scheduling and leading virtual meetingsto review available options
Providing clear explanations about benefit programs and eligibility
Completing and reviewing necessaryforms, applications, and documentation
Maintaining accurate digital records and ensuring quality control for all completed files
Participating in ongoingtraining and mentorshipsessions for professional growth
Collaborating with team members and leaders to ensure timely, consistent service delivery
You’ll work remotely using modern tools and systems, with full support from a dedicated leadership team that values personal growth and long-term career success.

Experience working directly with people is an asset, but full training is provided — no prior experience required.
