Overview

Our client, a leading banking institution in Canada, is seeking to hire a Customer Service Professional - Bilingual IIIX (8 positions). This is a contract role for 1 year with potential extension or conversion to permanent employment. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at locations in Halifax Nova Scotia, Montreal Quebec, or Waterloo Ontario.

Schedule

Rotating work schedule to accommodate customer calls from various time zones, with start times between 8:00 am - 12:00 am AST / 7:00 am - 11:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday, and Saturday-Sunday from 9 am to 9 pm AST / 8 am to 8 pm EST. The role requires flexibility as client demand varies. During training, hours will be 8 am - 4 pm.

Job Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of customer service through inbound calls, emails, and outbound follow-ups related to the bank's products. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Candidate Requirements
  • Call center experience
  • At least 3 years in customer service within contact centers, retail, or service industries
  • Willingness to learn new applications and stay updated with product knowledge
  • Strong technical, research, and multitasking skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Fluent in English and French
