Patene Building Supplies Limited is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Customer Service & Branch Operations at the St. Catharines branch.

This cross-functional position supports both customer service and day-to-day branch operations, collaborating closely with the Branch Manager and branch team to assist customers and manage orders. The successful candidate will coordinate deliveries, quotes, and inventory, while supporting shipping, receiving, and yard activities, bringing strong

Qualifications

• Completion of high school is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, shipping and receiving, branch operations or a related role preferred.
• General knowledge of building supplies and their application is asset, experience in building materials is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strong rapport with customers.
• Receive and process customer orders and respond to order inquiries.
• Prepare quotations, bids and estimates for customers.
• Provide pricing, product availability and delivery schedule information.
• Coordinate with the Branch Manager and outside sales team to support customer needs.
