You will mentor the team on advice strategies, maintain inviting branch spaces, and coordinate activities to ensure regulatory compliance and superior service.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent with relevant banking experience.
• Completion of Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) and IFIC or CSC Course.
• Strong knowledge of team, process, and risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with productivity tools and MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and teams.
• Ability to make sound judgments with confidential information.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in completing investment and unsecured credit compliance transactions and related activities.
• Coach advisory and frontline staff on resolving customer complaints per guidelines.
• Resolve operational and high-risk issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor team on advice-giving strategies and customer experience.
• Ensure branch spaces are inviting and compliant with standards.
• Manage scheduling to meet customer demand and regulatory needs.
• Share knowledge and coordinate team activities to deliver Legendary Experience.
• Collaborate with TD partners to meet customers' financial needs appropriately.
• Provide ongoing feedback to improve processes and efficiency while upholding codes of conduct.
