Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a Product Support Representative to help manage our coast-to-coast branch network by processing parts orders, answering pricing and availability inquiries, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely fulfillment.

You will engage with customers, support field staff, and work across multiple systems to deliver fast, accurate service in a 24/7 service center.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Able to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
• English fluency; French considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to generate parts orders and support branch goals.
• Respond to pricing and availability enquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors to fulfill requests accurately and timely.
• Process parts orders with high accuracy and speed.
• Confirm inventory and shipping timelines to manage expectations.
• Provide parts support to field staff and cross-team colleagues.
• Navigate multiple web apps to deliver seamless service in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high customer satisfaction.
