A Canadian airline is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent in Prince George. The role involves greeting passengers, assisting with check-in, and providing outstanding customer service. Applicants should have at least one year of customer service experience and a high school diploma. Bilingual candidates are preferred, and a training course will be provided upon hiring. The position offers opportunities for transfer to other locations and career advancement.

As a Jazz Customer Service Agent, you will be part of a team professionally representing Air Canada Express. In the course of a day, you will greet passengers and assist them with check-in and bag tagging via our web-based computer system, and you will facilitate the boarding and deplaning of Air Canada passengers at your station. The airport environment can be fast-paced during aircraft arrival and departure periods; safety and customer service are our top priorities. You may be asked to lift a suitcase or push a wheelchair. You may transfer to other Canadian locations when positions are open, or pursue a management career path.
