The Peak Payment CER ensures a smooth, efficient, and friendly experience for customers during peak season payment transactions. In addition to providing excellent service, this role is responsible for actively suggesting additional items at the cash desk to enhance the customer experience and drive incremental sales. The position is focused, repetitive, and high impact, making it ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others.
