Job summary

Responsibilities

Help customers navigate their care journey with friendly, high-quality service standards.
Respond to customer service inquiries via email and phone.
Provide timely and professional support regarding orders, shipping, returns, product information and account issues.
Assist with inventory tracking and order management.
Handle customer complaints and escalations when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
