Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, operations, or account management.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and customer impact.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience using data to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted customer relationships as primary contact and escalation lead.
• Partner with customers to define objectives, gather feedback, and deliver solutions.
• Lead project planning, setup, installation, and execution with safety and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring training, equipment, and resources are available.
• Ensure equipment readiness and deployment for project execution.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify safety and quality standards.
• Analyze performance and customer feedback to drive improvements.
• Represent customer priorities internally and resolve issues across teams.
• Monitor service quality and retention KPIs; provide leadership with actionable insights.
