Job summary

Aggreko in Toronto seeks a Sales Manager for the Building Services & Construction sector to drive Canada-wide growth and P&L performance. You will lead sales strategies, penetrate new markets, and run national campaigns in partnership with Sector Leader and Marketing.

You will mentor a high-performing team, sharpen pricing and deal execution, and build lasting customer relationships while delivering measurable business results for Aggreko across Canada.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of B2B sales management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Building Services & Construction.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national sales strategies and plans across Canada.
• Drive revenue targets through market penetration and campaigns.
• Lead pricing, forecasting, and performance standards for the sector.
• Coach, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team across regions.
• Maintain and analyze CRM data to grow customer base and opportunities.
