Job summary

Aggreko plc in Toronto, ON is seeking a Customer Engagement Lead to drive customer success by ensuring seamless project execution, fostering strong client partnerships, and championing service excellence across the organization.

You will lead planning, setup, installation, and execution of customer projects, and collaborate with sales, operations, fleet, procurement, logistics, and technical teams to deliver on scope, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, operations, account management, or service delivery.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and their impact on outcomes.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience using data and insights to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives without direct authority.
• Bilingual English/French required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers as primary contact and escalation lead.
• Partner with customers to understand objectives, define requirements, gather feedback, and deliver solutions.
• Lead planning, setup, installation, and execution of customer projects with safety and quality in mind.
• Collaborate with sales, contracts, operations, fleet, procurement, logistics, and technical teams to meet service levels.
• Oversee technicians and project teams, ensuring training, equipment, resources, and support.
• Ensure equipment readiness, configuration, and deployment for successful projects.
• Conduct site visits, audits, and inspections for safety and quality compliance.
• Analyze project performance and feedback to identify efficiencies and improvements.
• Represent customer priorities internally, facilitating communication and issue resolution.
• Support initiatives to improve service delivery, responsiveness, and operational effectiveness.
• Monitor KPIs on service quality, retention, and issue resolution; provide leadership with actionable insights.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and excellence to strengthen customer loyalty.
