Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. in Ontario is seeking a customer service-focused role responsible for managing cash, cashiers, and merchandising to keep the customer at the centre of everything we do.

You will train staff, enforce store policies, assist with loss prevention, and resolve customer issues while maintaining store image and health and safety standards. The position offers flexible schedules and opportunities for online training.

Responsibilities

• Manage cashier/merchandising staff and train cashiers.
• Ensure cashier/merchandising staff comply with store policies and procedures.
• Provides on-going guidance and instruction.
• Ensure all loss prevention standards are implemented.
• Resolve customer issues per guidelines (refunds, exchanges).
• Promote CSI Survey and maintain store image.
• Ensure shelves are clean and displays are set up as directed.
• Perform clerical and banking duties when needed.
