Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage cashier/merchandising staff and ensure adherence to store policies and operating procedures.

• Oversee loss prevention standards, cash office inventory, and cashier tracking processes.
• Assist customers with refunds, exchanges and inquiries; promote store surveys and customer feedback.
• Ensure shelves are clean, displays are set up per direction, and maintain store image and housekeeping.
