You will collaborate with the sales team to provide quotes, add CSA lines, and coordinate with technical teams for pricing and coding. Strong accuracy and communication are essential in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders via high-volume email and phone communication.
• Collaborates with TSR to provide sales support including quoting, CSA lines, off-spec handling, and pricing inquiries.
• Ensures timely, accurate responses to inquiries with a professional demeanor.
• Maintains monthly and quarterly KPIs such as work orders completed and accuracy of documentation.
• Verifies accuracy of work orders prior to dispatch and communicates service dates to clients.
