This customer-focused role is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our valued customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth. In this pivotal role, you'll be the voice of our company, engaging with customers via phone to understand their needs, provide exceptional service, and drive sales growth.

What you will do:

Customer Engagement

  • Initiate and maintain contact with customers through inbound and outbound calls, actively identifying their requirements, offering product information, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop relationships with assigned accounts to influence sales and margin growth within our service and product offerings.
  • Provide personalized customer service through timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Be an expert on our strategic product offering and services.
  • Be a creative problem solver with the ability to understand and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.

Collaborative Approach

  • Work closely with internal teams such as OSRs, Sales Managers, Branch Team, Category Management, to facilitate seamless customer service, order processing, and timely issue resolution.

Sales Operations

  • Serve as the sales representative handling customer needs ranging from quotations and orders through post-delivery support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, interactions, and transactions in our CRM system to ensure efficient tracking and follow-up.

Performance

  • Compliance to SOP’s and Policies.
What you will bring:
  • Prior sales and/or customer service experience is required.
  • Exhibit a highly motivated customer service-oriented mentality with ability to build long term relationships focused on sales.
  • Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment, follow through on commitments, work independently and set self-motivated goals.
  • Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
  • Requires excellent communication, time management, problem solving and organizational skills with a high-level autonomy and decision-making.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of company products and services necessary for success.
