We are seeking team players who are driven, results-oriented, and eager to make their mark this summer. We provide high-quality home services such as lawn care, painting, and staining for both interior and exterior projects.

We are committed to transforming the homes of our local residential communities and leaving our homeowners in awe of the transformation. We are offering both full-time and part-time general labor positions to the most motivated, coachable individuals. We are especially interested in hiring skilled laborers who enjoy working outdoors and are motivated to do an excellent job.

Requirements:

• Preferably some experience with hands-on work (no professional experience necessary). You will be trained on how to handle lawns, painting, and staining projects and will become proficient in these tasks.
• Must have own car or reliable transportation.
• Reliable and hardworking.
• Coachable.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall completion of projects, from start to finish, maintaining a high standard of quality and completing tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized site and project environment.
• Deliver quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and the business owner.
• Distribute flyers and market door-to-door in neighborhoods around the work site.

Compensation:

• $16-$21 per hour, depending on experience and responsibility.
